Today is the last day of 2010 and i have decided to change my way of thinking for the coming year. Being a mum to 5 beautiful children my life is FULL of excitement and constant busyness so i thought for the coming year why not up this by setting myself a challenge to make an item each day of the year. My reason behind doing this is to save money, to be creative and to prove to myself that i have talents and i can put them to some use. I will attend different courses throughout the year to help encourage my work and although this is a challenge it is also meant to be fun. I began last year by making jewellery, bags and clothing for myself and my children and because i discovered that i could do this i decided that this coming year i will put this to some use. I will update this blog at least once a week and sometimes maybe more. I will also try and include some tutorial to help explain how i made the items. Please be patient with me and support my blog by comments. I am so excited about doing this as i can prove to myself that i can be creative and i can learn new talents. I intend to try and learn at least 1 new talent a month so watch this space.
